I worked with ASAP Urgent Care from early inception through their initial brand rollout, launching their first four locations.
The owners of ASAP had seen the lackluster experience patients were receiving at existing urgent care centers, and wanted to change that. ASAP Urgent Care was designed from the ground up to give patients a better experience.
Their locations include comforts such as iPads for checkin, heated robes, and full time doctors. Most of all, the doctors and staff are consistently trained to treat their patients as if they were at their primary doctor’s office. This created a stark contrast to the “in and out” treatment at many urgent care centers.
A lot of companies say they care about things they really don’t. I personally watched the owners refuse to back down on many qualitative options. This gave me the confidence to move forward and market them as a new premiere brand in the medical industry.
Along with a team of talented branders and marketers, I was on the ground floor developing their brand imagery, tagline, core messages and positioning statement.
I created both a brand and tactical strategy for their brand rollout and grand openings. Tactics included billboards, public transport ads, search advertising, a strong email list creation push, local press and more. I gave considerable input into their website, managing ease of access and brand experience. The elements we released on a planned timeline for maximum impact.
ASAP Urgent Care successfully rolled out their initial locations and are busy preparing for more. They provide uncompromising care with a more human touch. A true pleasure to work with.
